No change, HOWEVER, according to my insanely over-technical scale my muscle mass is up 1% which we all know weighs more than fat. I upped my kettle bell workouts last week so I was expecting a lower loss. I don't just want to be thin, I want to be ripped too lol. Still not too bad considering last week I had delicious cheesecake.. twice! Also was my sisters birthday party and lots of sugary cocktails. Usually when I don't have a loss one week I have a significant loss the following week, so I'm working towards next Monday. In two weeks my husband and I will be taking our kids on vacation for a week. My goal is to be in the 230's before then so I have two weeks. Should be more than enough time, I reckon :-).
