My assessment on this one is inflammation. I had a high cal burn this week due to heavy duty activity and some kick ass workouts. Oooohhh, and there was some soreness (the good kind). Enough to say to this body, "go ahead and hold onto whatever H2O you need for muscle repair and healing." On that note - I made sure to keep my protein content on the high end. My happy scale app has my moving average at about 115.8 and that sounds about right. We're all good. Enjoy Papa's Day all you Daddy's out there and have a wonderful week, everyone! Oh, and I almost forgot - my MRI came out beautiful. In the Doctors own words (And, no sweeter words can be written I might add): Comments from the Doctor's Office Your MRI is stable. No new lesions. That is good news.
