nice drop Chestnut 

Thanks peat it will take a while to lose what i put on a couple weeks in my mad three days, but i take the positive now going back down, Thank you peat 

Fat fingers again i meant to say what i put on a couple weeks ago, silly me should take more care when i type! 

I know the feeling chestnut, too much birthday cake this weekend so will have to cheat on my weigh in tomorrow 😁
