It seems like just about everyone submits a picture these days. Maybe we're all doing it out of boredom. (Ya think?) Hey, anyway I did the thing at the doctor today. Checked out OK. She said I was OK. I have a joke to make with that but I know it will come out wrong on the written media so I will just let it go - I wish the gyms would open back up, but I will make the best of what we have. This is like living in North Korea - well maybe not as bad, we should count our blessings still. We still have food to eat and although travel is still restricted and many of the stores are closed as well as the dining in restaurants there is a lot to be thankful for - right? SO 30% fat - need to work on that, 191 lbs, still a ways from where I need to be, but entering into the active months of summer, getting into the 180's should be pretty easy from here.
