One week vacation on a cruise to the Bahamas. First weigh in this morning after return... big, salty meal last night. I was expecting a high number.
Tomorrow morning should be down a few after 20.5 hours of fasting, less than 500 calories today, and a lot more water than I've been able to drink the past seven days.
Here's hoping.
