Oh dear. That sucks mate Do yourself the biggest favour Check out keto. Proper keto diet 20 grams carbs a day This app is great for not just calories but your macros I don’t concentrate on calories. Just carbs I’ve lost 2 kilos since Thursday And still can have a glass of wine 🍷 Only 2 carbs compared to beer 🍺 No fruit tho. One apple 🍏 has 19 carbs. Pretty much my daily total. So no fruit till at goal

This was actually a result of going to the bells & whistles cinema at my local Hoyts on Sunday & getting carried away. We ordered twice as much as we should’ve & spent much of yesterday suffering from it. My weight should come down over this week. I can’t do Keto as I do a lot of HIIT training & find I need a modest level of carbs to stay functional. I will be upping the balance of protein rich foods though, to boost my metabolism.

I never did Keto or anything fancy like that. I literally kept track of my calories, that's it. I found out that of I ate less at night, that I could train myself to eat less. Indulgence is something that is going to happen. Ride it out, slowly lower you caloric intake, and resume counting calories and focusing on a calorie deficit that works best for you. For me, I ate 3 meals a day. each meal 500 calories. I would eat a snack sometimes before bed, just so I could get some good sleep because it is hard to sleep without food before bed. I also slowly retracted from consuming liquid calories. My biggest issue was drinking soda and milk throughout the day. It turns our that I was consuming around 20 to 30 thousand calories a month. This equates to alot of extra weight my body had to fight of each month. Anyways, I hope this message comes to you when you are ready to here it and remember Cannboys, that the power is yours to get healthy and stay fit!

Horses for courses sometimes My calories were tracked forensically and was always below or right on target But weight did NOT move Started counting carbs and bingo Weight loss Everybody is different to what works for them

I agree on reducing the carbohydrates of any form and boosting protein. I am a compound archer and I can't do strictly keto cause of the concentration needed for precision shooting. What I am finding is that I naturally fit into the intermittent daily fasting pattern, usually 16:8 hours. I put back on around 5 to 6 kilos dealing with the death of my mum over 6 months and just eating poorly. These things happen.

So sorry to hear of your mum passing 🌈 Similar story Mine died in 2017. 11 days after cancer diagnosis she was dead !! Very fast Quite shocking I Was 69 kilos. Gained 17 kilos over the 3 years. Takes time to get your 💩together that’s for sure Yes I love 16:8. Do that and now the miracle. Keto Good to find something that works I will cheer u on too
