Hi Tim🤗😊 I don’t check that. I don’t know where to even check that. I see people post theirs all the time. I do measurements here and there. I just started that, but I haven’t been consistent with it. I’m definitely feeling smaller. I need to be patient lol. But I’m like so stuck between 197’s and 199’s and I want to put some distance from 200. Like 195 would be really awesome about now😂

JC, why don't you start averaging your weight over the last 3 or 4 days in a spreadsheet? You will see a better trend line, it gets rid of the daily fluctuations. It helps to set realistic weight loss goals fitting your body. I believe you are doing great! You are eating healthy and moderately, you are exercising. Your body will follow!

A piece of paper is enough. Add your today's, yesterday's, and the day before weight and divide by 3. That's your 3-day average weight!

Yes, and when you do this everyday, it will give a more realistic number what your body is doing. I log my real weight on FS though, with all the fluctuations - accepting the warnings I get from FS when I gain or lose to fast :) - but trust the 3 day average number to see if I am on the right track!
