Yesterday I got in a mile of walking - 6/10 of the mile was just walking back and forth in my house and the rest was running errands. Made deadly cinnamon rolls yesterday - they were SOOO good. I ate 3 yesterday and another two of them this morning. I've been craving cinnamon rolls for a couple of months and kept looking in all of the stores for the ones that I like (with the thick white frosting and nuts), but hadn't been able to find any. Discovered several cans of biscuits in my fridge and tweaked a recipe using them.

At my psychiatrist appointment, he decided to double the Rexulti I'm taking - try that for a week and see if it gives me the extra motivation I need to be more accomplished in my days. We'll see how that works and then go from there. I ran OUT of my Trintellix so he gave me a week of samples while we wait to hear from the Patient Assistance program whether I'll be approved for it again this year (otherwise, I can't take it because it is over $400/month WITH insurance). Praying they'll accept my application!

I'm hoping for your assistance too! I'm really struggling with Winter this year.. I can't take antidepressants They just make me knumb and I'm not Brucie any more. this is a bad Winter for me

@ketoBruce, have you tried getting some "daylight" bulbs and putting them in your house? I think that helps people with SADD - "Seasonal Affective ___ Disorder," I think. Basically, it means that when the weather is drab and the days are short, you get depressed. My husband has that, but he can take antidepressants.
