FINALLY! Got rid of the "Power Outages" pounds. I guess people call it water weight, since I haven't lost any new weight. Not sure how long I could have kept those Cheez-its and Ruffles pounds before they would have been fat, not water weight. But now, any new weight will be "fat" if I understand it correctly. Tough going today. Leaving for Costco in a couple hours and will have lunch before returning home.

Thanks everyone! Had 2 tacos from Jimboy's for lunch. I can work those into my daily totals. Didn't buy anything bad from Costco, well except for 2 apple pies from the bakery that are now in the freezer to be saved for Thanksgiving.

Thanks Shirfleur - I forgot to look for the orange line! Hope it keeps me motivated. I bought a big container of mixed nuts at Costco. Have them out of site. The plan was to put in snack size baggies for one portion and take for snacks on vacation. Need to avoid just opening the jar and start eating!

Abba - the last 2 times I bought those nuts at Costco I had to give them away. Gave them to my brother in law. I'm hoping I can resist because a few nuts are good for you. I am able to have raw almonds every day and am never tempted to over eat them. I usually have somewhere between 10-20 almonds and I count them! Alnona - thank you! yes, finally losing what I had gained around the end of the month.
