I’m stuck😕😂😂😂 My goal is Onederland by 10/14. Like 199.99999999 lbs😂😂😊 I was having too good of a run damn it. * RA flare day 3, no fibro flare. Not the most painful. Bilateral hands, wrists, feet and knees only affected. Picked up prednisone taper🙄🙁 I am not taking it until I have an awful flare like last week. I’m trying to lose lbs not gain. Looks like I’m going to be put on Methotrexate 😕😕🙇🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been losing fir the past year, been up, up, up and down, up, down. Just be consistent. Trust me! It’s key. Do your best. Obviously you can because you’ve come sooooo far with many health issues and life issues. I know you’ll get there. No rush! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

jcmama, I also I'm in a flare in my shoulders and elbows wrists and fingers. I've been on Methotrexate for a year and just quit because all my hair was falling out and I was getting sores in my mouth. it's a powerful drug. She just started me on a new one. Arava or generic leflunomide. I've got the generic. I'm hoping that'll be less traumatic on my body. I've been on Prednisone for 20 years straight. I don't know if I'll ever get off that. That's why I'm so heavy. so sorry that you're going through this today. Is very painful. I understand.

Awe skinnyminilinny 🙁 we’re twinning today🤦🏻‍♀️☀️☀️☀️ I am so afraid of the methotrexate!! I’m going to ask about what you’re taking. Prednisone is for real no joke with weight gain. No resting today for me it’s my never a 12 hour always 12.75 and longer day but that’s health care🤷🏻‍♀️ Make sure you rest today friend 😘💕 my rest will have to be tomorrow while studying💜💚

Thanks Shirfleur 💜💚 the prednisone will definitely interfere with my weight loss so I’m holding off. The jury is out if the plaquenil has effected me or not. I started it in July. Some say it causes weight gain, some say weight loss. Between healing from the hysterectomy and two long courses of prednisone therapy between then and now I cannot say. I just keep up with my WOE. ❤️

You got this! I am new to this whole RA/CPPD thing and sometimes I just feel so drained! Trying to change my diet to more plant based foods instead of focusing on more protien..semi successful...cant get into a rheumatologist till Feb as there are only 5 here in Vegas(!) My hands hurt everyday.. Any tips you have are appreciated! Hope you are ok!💜💜
