It’s funny how that goes sometimes. I’m not sure what kind of diet you’re on but my trainer had a fitness competition diet where it was very low carb until she plateaued, she found another coach who promoted a higher carb diet. She experienced a weight loss bump at the start of the new diet. Just go with it!

Thanks, Moop - Will do! It's weird because I'm not eating any less and in fact am exercising less since we closed the pool at the start of September. I'm not even trying to lose! LOL. But, I'm just letting this body decide where it wants to sit at and continue to show up and do the work. Besides, at 127 and 5'2 - I'm still at the higher end of my BMI so I'm far from under weight.

We are identical stat twins! Body composition matters. If you do resistance training, I wouldn’t worry too much about the scale.

Yes, I definitely do resistance and weights! In addition, this past summer I added in a day for cross fit and have incorporated "met-cons" (i.e. metabolic conditioning) into the mix. I only have one day for cardio on the recumbent bike and even that incorporates resistance as I do intervals at level 16-17 for 45 minutes so imagine biking up a very steep heel. I've been wanting so bad to get a dexa to see what the body fat percentage is, but I'm anxious I'll be disappointed by the results (anything in the 20% will make me happy). But, I'm slowly getting to that place where I feel courageous enough to find out :-)
