I ate well over 2k calories yesterday but the foods I ate were pretty okay....baked spicy whole wings, boiled potatoes with collard greens n tomatoes, whole grain pita bread with baked chicken n stewed tomatoes, sriracha and low fat sour cream.....pita bread with hummus, and veggie thin spaghetti with ground turkey, 3 mandarin oranges, and one skinny girl popcorn. It's back to my "regularly scheduled programming" today.
