I haven't posted in a long time. I suppose because I've been a bit down. Add on being embarrassed that I've gained so much weight back. I thought I had lost weight do to my efforts but had blood work which indicated hyperthyroidism. I ignored that for a couple years. Now my thyroid counts are normal but I have goiters on my thyroid. PCOS and thyroid issues are making me feel off. I'm trying to get back on track but nothing seems to be working. I have tried other plans and my weight won't go down. So, I'm switching it up. Good old fashioned calorie counting. I have a goal amount. I have meal prepped for the week. I have healthy snack options. I do have an issue with food and sweets in particular so I'm hoping my options can carry me through the cravings and that the portion control will help me be able to lose weight.
