Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Just sticking to the normal plan. In the past I usually drop 4-5 pounds. Most of it in the last two days.

Had a stressful morning. Woke up to a bunch of my websites being hacked. In the end it was my own fault because the particular sites were not up to date in patches. In the end I had to just delete the sites to prevent their exploits from infecting other sites. However, in some cases there is over a decade of material, gone!

What does this have to do with weight loss? It has to do with **stress**. This is a great opportunity to go on an 'eating binge'. The only thing stopping me is that I am in the middle of a 'no solid food fast'. So, I will allow myself 'anything to feel sorry for myself' as long as it is not 'solid food'.

This should reduce any damage...

Also, would I rather have a cancer diagnosis? Need to keep things in perspective...

@CrashtestDawnie, @srossca - Thanks for the support! For whatever reason I am feeling "Gratitude" this morning and am able to keep 'perspective'. The world is still beautiful, and life is still wonderful. Seems like I may be able to 'dodge' the 'anger and depression process' on this one...

Used to say to myself, that rebuilding is a lot faster than creating, and just went on with rebuilding in high speed. Good job staying clean and strong.

I know this will NOT make you feel better but I had what I thought was a pretty crappy day. Then I read your post. My day, not so bad now. Really am sorry about your sites. I don’t understand all the ramifications, but I get it is not good. Good luck.
