So, I have another weigh-in tomorrow. Some might remember I said if I get another weigh-in between 138-138.8, I will increase the cals by 1% per day :-) Some of you may be like, "yeah, but that's just a .4 lb loss. But, a .4lb loss is still almost half a pound and we're trying to maintain here. As my coach suggests, in maintenance you want to be able to eat the most amount of cals without gaining. It makes the metabolism uber happy. LOL - I'll be posting the weekly caloric trajectory later today and a little more info about how to do a maintenance break
