how you get 9 hours sleep is beyond me😭 that's one area I really could improve on. it's ultra important but I'm lucky to get 4-5 hours sleep a night.

Nothing wrong with 5 meals a day, nothing wrong with fasting. It's what you can do consistently and comfortably.
The one I can't get onboard with(although it does get results) is the no solid food diet.

Agreed Keith. I'm full for about 5 min with a 50g protein shake no matter what's in it. I just don't have the time to eat 5 meals per day even if I wanted to.

We can all google and find information why each WoE is healthy or unhealthy 😉. I could do the no solid foods either! Even just a veggie meal will leave me very hungry an hour later so I can’t imagine liquids only. Pretty sure the results are because you have a harder time drinking 1500 kcal a day and it flushed out your system. As soon as you eat solids again I’d think your insides would fill back up and have a 5# gain (I lost that when I’ll and gained it back once I ate again-over a few days of course).
