I'm seeing interesting results the last few days. I'm eating well but gaining weight. I think it is because I haven't been keeping up my with my regular gym visits. Yesterday I ate barely under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .2%

I agree, but worth it. My focus is on body fat. I have noticed that majority of the time my weight and body fat move in the same direction. When I look back over the last year my trend seems to be that I am about 1.5 to 2 percent lower in body fat at the same weigh range than this time last year...
