I fluctuate like this as well. Sometimes it’s just when I have an extra bottle of water. It usually goes away in a couple days so I wouldn’t worry. Like Kay asked, was it worth it? 😉

The danish was horrible. I think the smell from the yeast spoiled it for me... Would have preferred a 🍕. Lmao

Well keep that in mind and plan it into your calories soon. I do my best to have 🍕 once a month and the leftovers the next day. Really high two days but I always eat lighter the days before and after. You can make it work!
