I've noticed many other FS members have inflammation issues, like I do, so I thought I would offer this post listing what some of our best food choices would be, to help ease the pain (& weight gain!) I would also ask for prayer, as my arthritis medication is hung up in the current Covid-related backlog/shipping/staffing problems. This is my 3rd week without an injection, and I'm back to using my walker by the end of the day. Didn't stop me from joining Letty's Zumba class this morning though! (I'm kind of a tough old bird😉) May your day be chock full of little (and big!) successes and blessings 💙

@Becky...the pharmaceutical company that makes the medication has a foundation that actually sponsors folks that can't afford the medicine otherwise. It costs $500 per shot (1 per week)...so yeah...I can't afford $2000/mo for 1 medicine. But the foundation is waaaaay behind on refilling for us, which means I've just gotta be patient and hope I don't go into a full blown flare. Thanks for your prayers🙏

@ansmith9011...yes, I most certainly am blessed beyond measure. It is only through His mercy & goodness that I have been able to improve over the last 2 years. I honestly thought I was gonna be wheelchair bound by this time. Thanks for stopping by my page and leaving a message. 💙🙋♀️
