Yes! 🙋♀️ I did it! I was able to meet my increased steps goal (by walking in place while holding onto my walker with 1 hand) AND I got back on the elliptical for the first time since September! Feelin good about that 😇
No more sore arms from the vaxes either. Looks like I'm cleared for take-off 😄
