Yeah- I never plan a cheat meal because sometimes I am highly motivated and not very hungry and other times I can eat all day and feel hungry. Hope you are well though! :)

Friday's cheat meal keeps me going. I've been fighting a low grade cold or allergies. I'm not sure. I've been taking my low dose allergy meds, plus an extra Benadryl.
