Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Tuesday…
Enjoying my ☕️..listening to the birds chirping….another beautiful day…as the sun comes up in the east…and rain coming up from the south west….another’s beautiful day to be thankful for….not always about weight loss here for me..it’s having a mind in the right place….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Monday…..
Yesterday getting baptized was an awesome day…sister was going to take Linda and I out for lunch..to a restaurant…but instead we went to a picnic at my sisters church picnic…having lunch with old friends…food was great…chicken..hamburger s…broccoli salad …great meal….
Was loading my sister into suv after ..she in wheelchair..due to a shoulder healing..unable to use her rollator…I fell backwards on grass…several guys helped me up…however when we came back home…Linda went into facility…told them my sister needed help from car..and I had fallen…I had to get vitals…an sign paper work..saying I refused er visit…my sister and Linda wasn’t happy…but if it was them..they wouldn’t have gone either….today I’m sore from my butt to my neck…but….im ok…il recover today..and tomorrow is a new day…

Well…time to dress..head to Linda’s apartment for morning devotions…get some loving for my Bo Bo’s….lol….then breakfast….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Sunday…
Cloudy here this morning…rained most of yesterday…but still managed almost 8000 in steps….not sure where they came from…
Yesterday was vending machine bingo….snacks…I didn’t win..and had the mindset of not winning..just a way of killin time…later in the evening played domonies..different mindset…lol…we just play..no score…
Getting ready for church…I get baptized into the church I’ve started attending…then sister is taking me out to lunch along with girlfriend…I’m not into eating out….but …it’s a big deal…and tomorrow is a new day…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive rainy Saturday….
You have heard the expression..happy wife..happy life..it holds true for girlfriends as well…I got a haircut
yes terday….and then watched everyone do doubles takes on me…I didn’t think if was that long…but I guess all the women noticed…girlfriends..said I looked 10 years younger…wow…lol…
Raining here today…no breakfast walk…be inside walking today….
Just another day…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive beautiful sunrise Friday….
Not only watch the sun..but seen the sky change colors as well…
Rest day today….no breakfast walk…give my body a rest….lol…
Gonna cut back on coffee as well…I love it..but don’t need all the caffeine…lol…I got dehydrated yesterday after 2 cups at lunch and soaking up rays…got dizzy in elevator…but walked back to room with several on lookers…so take it easy today…more water and electrolytes….was only 75 yesterday…and less then 30 minutes after lunch…I do watch my time outside….
That explains them doing afternoon vitals on me..and no one else…duh….
