I have gained about 50 pounds in the last 3 years due to depression. I am now taking care of my mental health taking meds. I am hoping to start losing weight soon. I started a diet a few days ago and started walking. I would like to be part of some local weight loss group for accountability but have not found any. I am so ready to get back to my old self and feel comfortable with my body again.
