I'm 49 will be 50 in Nov. My BD gift to me is to be under 300. NFL and MLB fan. Love most kinds of music more country artists. No children but 6 cats, they keep me amused. Usually spend time on Twitter, still don't have figured out. Now I'm learning how to find my way around fatsecret. Journal daily,record food,try to figure out exercise(left leg had tore ACL,fractured fibula what sent me to my highest weight 383. Got scared to hit 400 so went down back up then got serious about eating healthy. I am doing it this time. That's a little about me.
