Yay I’m back to 123.x my goal weight last yr was 125 👌
Yes eating like a pig at a $50 entry buffet was totally deliciously worth it.
And eating like a Mexican pic the next day was also worth it. Now I’m right on schedule u “loose” the weight u “gain” in 1-3 days after a day of pigging ur self. Of course what matters is consistency so if u consistently eat like a pig...being a short obese women is my result.
