Woke at 216.6, up .8 from yesterday. Been watching some YouTube about the zero carb diet. Basically meat, some cheese, and eggs, and that's it. May try it although I would not go totally without veggies. Conference today so not sure what my LCHF options will be. I'll eat nothing before I eat simple carbs though. UPDATE: Ate steak, asparagus, and broccoli, so lunch was good! Came home at 214.2. Ate a huge dinner with a ton of protein. Had a cup of Halo Top, too. That put me up to 2400 calories. Now I'm right on my calorie goal so will have to tow the line!

Sounds like a good resolve. Also will be checking out the zero carb info myself. Hopefully the conference will have something low carb on the menu.

Eh...you can't get fiber with zero carbs. Constipation for DAAAYYYSSSS.
