Hello lovely people, I hope the weather is lovely wherever you are. 😊 I am pleased with my weight loss. Now I am a few more steps down the road from Jim passing away. I have put on 1.5 stone since Christmas. so I am ready to give the weight loss journey a good go. walked a bit this morning. going out for a walk shortly. Done some gardening and had a friend over for an Indian curry we had it in the garden. flat all tidy. so catch up soon off out for a small walk. Much love everyone have a great evening. Merry Mel.
