No coffee at home? I’ve been having trouble with fs too. Trying to record etc., flashes right to my Home Screen. Thought it was my phone, maybe it’s fs?? 

Coffee out at the weekend is my treat 😂 plus a reason to walk somewhere 😊. If I record my weight it always deletes it during the day and repost it’s 😳. I think one of the comments might have been yours. Can see the notification but not the post it’s on.  

What a hardship! Must have the coffee! Green and blue of Nature always one of my favorites! Happy Weekend! FS tech stuff leaves me shaking my head 🙃 

It’s always nice to go out for coffee. I agree. And yes I posted on your thread but I can’t remember what I said 🤣🤣 

That looks so beautiful. It is also pretty out today, but I’d rather not walk. It is 7 degrees Celsius (yes I am American but converted it to Celsius just now with an online calculator). Thank goodness it will be perfect outside later. I just have to motivate myself anyway—if people mistake your post about steps for *calories* instead of steps, and those calories would be terrible for dieting unless you were pretty active too, yikes. Those “calories” lol, JK, would be fine for just not gaining quickly before you maintain and then lose, as in binge eating recovery, but they are steps, not calories. 😂oops. No wonder I’m not losing, but I haven’t gained quickly and not at all unless I see some slight damage over months, which I hope I don’t!!! Yes!!! Baby steps!!!! For a binge eater who was gaining rapidly before, yes!!!! Improvement. 

It was really tough L 🤣 this app is an absolute nightmare but where would we be without out it.

Laine the sun was warm but a cold breeze, perfect weather for a walk. Made sure it was a good walk rather than a stroll 😊. I always try to get up and out on a Saturday morning before going for coffee. Such a good way to start a day

He he i know i have had different machines etc but its the going out and people watching that makes the difference

Ad you'd probably be great at it, plus you know many scenic routes, think about it- a paid for cardio session, it can even be a silent walking tour😉🤣.
