Yesterday was a weird day. Started off badly, with my grandson throwing up in the car three times while we were waiting for the bus!!! NOT a good way to start a day! I was gone for three hours taking my mother-in-law to run a bunch of errands; both grandkids were late for school, so I had to take them, I spent another 3 hours getting ready for and participating in a Webinar. I had never used Zoom before, and was really stressed about it. So, over six hours were taken away from the time I usually have to get all MY stuff done. I only got in 4.3 miles of walking. I didn’t drink ANY water, and I think I drank a whole 12-pack of Diet Coke cans. I did manage to keep calories under 1,800. No BM yesterday, so weight will likely be up this morning. Hope it’s not in the 180’s again!
