I made a mistake reading the scale Sunday morning. I should have inputted 159.5 pounds for a gain of 1043 grams. I'm glad it wasn't worst... It rained a lot yesterday and I didn't have a chance to get out and walk. I need to find an alternative to walking that I can do inside. I may have to join a gym for the winter...

I know the feeling. One alternative I have is the wii. I have some games that provide a really good workout by dancing. Zumba for example. You can try it. It's fun.

Yup, with Winter coming we'll have to change up exercise routines. I figure I can probably walk/run the parking garage much of the time at work, but will also likely use the exercise bike more for cardio stuff. And then of course the Total Gym offers lots of possibilities, more than I'm using at this point.

Must be going around as weather has been putting a cramp in my exercise routine as well -- hasn't completely derailed, but certainly has 'moistened' it! Gym membership is on my winter agenda . . .

I agree. Just purchased a stationary bike and balance ball for indoor day. The exercise bands are the best for me for cardio.
