Absolutely, we r almost gonna lose weight over the next 3 months for Christmas then put it all back on in the space of 3 days 🤣🙋‍♀️🙈🙊

sounds like a plan! frightening how quickly christmas will be here, the nights are pulling in and it seems cooler in the mornings.  

Xmas gals ! I’ve got a birthday between now and then 🥵 much work to do ! 

Hi, yes, we have birthdays too, but that's what makes it a challenge. 🤪. Also, yes, we will get the weight off. The amount I eat takes 3 hours😂🤣😅 to put the weight back on, and yes, New Year, we all start all over again. 😏🙄. Still, it keeps all together in a very rocky boat.
