hi Everyone, TO start of I still weigh 118lbs so no gain , no loss. How are you all? Had a brilliant time with Jim, who is still in hospital. But yo cheer him up we did karaoke and his grandson Bailey turned up unexpected so a fantastic surprise we were both delighted. what a great visit. Hope you all have had a great Saturday. I have spent loads of time in the hospital over the years and I wish I had a visitor like you.... Lifting spirits and having a good old sing song. You are amazing! No wonder your called Merry Mel x
