Last week, my Fiber averaged 22.05g a day, which isn’t bad - I try to get in 20g a day. After surgery, they want me to increase to 25-30g a day. Going to start working on that today, too.
Water consumption last week (and for months!) has been almost nil. Starting today, I’m shooting for 8 cups a day (64-oz.), which is what the hospital recommends. I’ve done this before and, with the Lord’s help, I can do it again. My goal (right now) is NOT to eliminate Diet Coke, but drinking that much water should cut it back some. It will also help me to be a good example to my 7-year-old grandson who needs to drink water for his constipation issues.
