Yay! Weight has been down every day for at least the past four days. Maybe doing an hour of knee exercises a day for the past 9 days has helped. I definitely think the jump to 4 miles a day of walking has helped! I’ll breathe a sigh of relief when I get into the 180’s. Then I’ll know that I won’t tip back into the 200’s with a bad day or several days of no bowel activity.

Every day this week (except tomorrow-which I’ve already logged) I have stayed well under 200g of cholesterol and I’ve averaged about 20g of Fiber. Calories will average in the 1,600’s (just barely) with the ridiculously high day I will have 2m0. And accomplished that by having only 1,400-1,600’s every day except 2m0.

Not tootin’ my own horn. I know that the only way I’ve accomplished this is by the grace of God - when I am weak, He is strong!
