Good eating day today. Just over 1,400 calories. Lowest day I’ve had in probably a month.

Called another orthopedic doctor today and set an appointment for a second opinion. If I DO need the knee surgery, I’m going to have the new doctor do it. My mother-in-law had great results with him. I’ve never been pain-free in the 7 years since I got my total left and partial right replacements.

Ok, time to do my lying down knee exercises exercises. I did the standing and sitting ones early in the day.

MAYBE I’ll check in to ONEderland tomorrow and stay there this time!
