Yikes! Weight is creeping up. Bowels haven’t been consistent lately, but I went twice after weigh-in this morning, so maybe my weigh-in will be better 2m0. Yesterday was a high-calorie day - over 2,300 calories. Lots of stress preparing for the birthday dinner I hosted last night, but things ended up going very well. The Jewish Chicken was moist and tender. The Parsleyed Potatoes were perfectly coated. Nobody seemed to notice that the Chocolate Bar Cake was a little dry or tgat tge icing wasn’t smooth, probably because everybody had ice cream on it. Last weeks Average Daily Calories we’re down to 1,975 from 2,110 the week before and 2,497 the week before. So, I’m slowly reigning things in, and expect to do even better this week!
