Walking has been so hard the past couple of days! Hard to make myself do it; but today is Day #187 without missing a day, so I must press on. Tuesday is my Ortho appointment, so maybe I’ll find out something that will help my knees. They don’t hurt so bad as to prevent me from walking - just enough to make it annoying. We had a ton of rain on Friday. It’s storming now, and supposed to continue for another 14 hours. Bad weather always makes the knees feel worse. I did have to use some Voltaren yesterday, but thankfully, that was the first time I’ve had to use it in about a month, PTL.

Grandson spent the night. Going to try to get in one or two miles before he wakes up. Forcing myself (I’d much rather go back to bed!)
