Good evening everyone how are you all? I am well. But have a nasty nerve pain shooting through my left foot, nerve damage. waiting for a scan but the way things are at the moment might take sometime. Government anyone reading this get your finger out and help all NHS workers we appreciate them greatly in coving so come on Government help them now. The country as been messed about for far too long. Anyway I too have gone off the weight problems sorry, I do rabbit on. What has your weight been up or down I will know Sunday. But Jim and I have company Saturday and we are going out to a country pub for lunch. it's great, though . Up or down I have to wait and see.
