Weight back up some this morning. No bowel activity yesterday or today.

I drank 5 cans of Diet Coke yesterday, but I did manage to get in four 16-oz bottles of water, as well. (It’s a start!). I will have my grandson from 8am this morning until I take him to school on Monday. I’m going to do much better on drinking water while he is here, to set the example since he needs to drink five to six 8-oz bottles of water a day to combat constipation and encopresis.

Been getting prepared for next week’s lower calorie menus - dicing and freezing colored peppers and stringing celery and putting it in water in the fridge, both for Chinese Casserole which is only about 350 calories for a very hearty serving. Going to eat it without the crispy Asian rice noodles this week to save about 80 calories.

Eat probiotic prunes, I have a few here and there to balance my macros when I’m low on carbs, they also work great.. I do about 5
