Upped my game today. Back story: I started walking 1 mile a day on 10/23/22 and have walked every day since then. After 11 days, I increased to 1.5 miles. I walked that distance for 50 days before upping it to 2 miles a day. Only did that distance for 7 days before going up to 2.5 miles, which I did for 55 days before jumping to 3 miles a day, which I have done for 46 days. Today, I increased to 3.5 miles a day! My goal is to be doing 5 miles a day by the beginning of next year. 3.5 miles is 1 hours 45 minutes of actual walking time, but it takes me about 3 hours to get it done, because I only walk one mile before taking a break and doing some other things on my To Do list. I’m thankful that for 171 days, God has enabled me to walk and has given me the motivation to do it!
