Gained a pound last week. It’s no wonder - it was the highest Average Daily Calories I’ve had since starting this plan 38 weeks ago: 2,098 calories a day! I can as intending to do better this week, but I’m not off to a very good start. I’m made my husband some Chocolate Chip Muffins yesterday (at his request). I ate one yesterday and another one today, even though I calculated it to be over 400 calories each one. I’ve also only drink 1/2 bottle of water today. Five cans of Diet Coke so far, and I’m going to get another one to have with my dinner. While my grandson was here for the past three nights, he’s wanted to have popcorn (with melted butter on it) each night while we watched his favorite program before bed. Even though I limited my portion to 2-4 cups popcorn with 1Tbsp butter, it still added a couple hundred calories a day to my total.
