Loss for the week is 2.2 pounds. Didn't quite make the 50 pound mark, but I've lost 49.2 pounds. I'm very pleased with that.

Set a new record for lowest Average Daily Calories. Previous record was 1,432. This week I did 1,423. I could have made it 1,399, but I intentionally ate more to still keep the record "breakable.

This completed Week #32 (began 6/23/2022). Wow! I've been dieting continuously during two different years. Really hoping I can go a whole year with this diet plan, and then maybe I'll be ready for Maintenance. Never ventured into that territory before. Going to follow JudyRose very closely, because I consider her to be our FS poster child for Maintenance.

Only 9.6 pounds left to reach my goal of "under 200." Debating on whether to make my next goal 180 or 175. I like "bite-size" goals that are obtainable.

The pants I wore to church yesterday were a bit loose (size 22). They don't fall down, though, so I'll keep wearing them.

Funny true story: One time, when I had lost a lot of weight, I was wearing a half slip under my dress at church. My husband (the Pastor) was doing a wedding immediately following the service, but had forgotten to bring the Marriage Certificate. We live next door in the church Parsonage, so I quickly went and got the paper. As people were milling around waiting for the wedding to begin, I walked up the center aisle to give him the certificate. All of a sudden, he got the strangest look on his face. I looked down, and my slip had fallen completely OFF. I had to step out of it right there in church! I don't know how many people saw the debacle, but my face turned a bright red.

OK. Back to walking. Only have my last half mile (of 2-1/2) left to do. Going to BJ's today, so I will be getting in even more walking than I "require" of myself. In the past, if I knew I was going to the store, I would quit exercising early, since I knew I would make up the rest of it. I consider it to be progress that I let myself go over my goal now.
