Weight down to 216.0 this morning. Just have to make it through 2m0 and I will have kept my calories under 1,440 average daily calories for a week, to be the lowest they’ve been in 28 weeks!

Today is Day #6 in a row of walking 2.5 miles a day, but I’ve been walking at least a mile a day for 74 days! Knees have been off and on as far as pain goes, but it’s not bad enough to warrant breaking my walking streak.

Next week, I’ll probably allow 1,650 calories a day to keep my metabolism guessing; then back down to 1,450 the following week. By alternating my daily calories, I’ve been able to avoid having any plateaus.
