Weight back down to 226.6 this morning, PTL. Recaptured my 32 pounds. Finished the last 3/4 serving of Broccoli Casserole with breakfast. We rarely get that! It was so delicious, and I only had 1/4 serving yesterday with dinner. Also indulged in half a Sister Schubert dinner roll (I love them but usually refrain because of the calories with butter). Ate about 1/3 of a slice of cake (a slice was only 1/16th of the 8” cake!) with literally 1 Tbsp of ice cream. I think I made good choices. Wasn’t “deprived” of anything, but still kept my calories under 1,600. And, got in 1.6 miles of walking. A good day!
