Week #19 completed. Lost one pound at the higher daily average. Total lost: 31 pounds. This week, I’m going to strive to have 100-300 calories less per day (1,350-1,550). The lowest week I’ve had so far was 1,440, so this is doable.
Pushed through the knee pain yesterday and got in 1.5 miles of walking laps in my house. I haven’t tried walking outside because the terrain isn’t completely flat, and I know it would be more strain on the knees. Don’t seem to be hurting as badly today, PTL! The prayers of my church family have been helping!

You keep making progress, Debbie! 😁 You're not pushing through pain in any way that would lead to injury, I trust? Sometimes pushing through it is a good thing, but not always.

@writingwyo. No, I'm being careful with the knees. I've learned that overdoing it isn't worth it because it knocks me out for days at a time. Thanks for the concern!

Good to know! 😊 I thought you were OK on that front, but I know how tempting it can be to overdo it. I'm still babying this shoulder back to health and figuring out when to challenge it and when to back off. Glad you're challenging yourself and sticking with your program 👍
