Didn’t get in my Fiber yesterday because I didn’t have my Butter Beans for dinner. Did get in all my water before I even went to the fair. Back still hurting this morning, but knee not hurting as much as I thought it would be, PTL!

Weight down from 229.4 to 229.0 - only 4/10 of a pound away from having lost 30 pounds! Yesterday, my twin friends said they could see that I’ve lost weight, and that my clothes fit me more loosely.

After eating dinner when I was so stressed last night, I ended up throwing up - so I only recorded 1/2 of what I ate.
