Had a semi-annual doctor appointment today. Last time I went was in April. He was very pleased that I've lost 20 pounds since then. I've actually lost 28 pounds, but I didn't start losing until the end of June, so his records didn't have me at my top weight.
Three and a half years ago, I was at my lowest weight - 178. That was the lowest weight I had been in "forever." The highest ever was in 2004 at 302 pounds. I was at 178 for like a DAY, and then I started going right back up again. Hey, maybe I can lose 60 pounds in six months - this time the healthy way. (Don't even ask how I did that the last time.)

As some of you may remember, I used to post a couple of helpful things every week in the forum. I'm going to start doing that again - beginning with the things I already have formatted for posting and then I'll work into adding new things. The files I have are from 2019, so maybe even if you've seen them before, you will still find them useful.
