Since this app focuses on diet, what about exercise? what app/programs do you all use? I love FitOn; all exercises are free! Theres LOTS of variety in exercise style&the trainers. i did my traditional boxer workout for YEARS and needed something new to try

I have used pencil and paper, StrongLifts app, and Strong app. Starting June 2020 preplanned workouts using spreadsheets, basing weights lifted on 1 rep maximums and rotation through heavy, medium, light percentages. Loosely based on a Brian Alsruhe YouTube video (the longest “Massbuilder” video, with all the whiteboards and screen shots). Past eight months just halfway doing anything, though, until three weeks ago. Printed out a “new” set of spreadsheets that are from back in June 2020 as a place to restart.
