I’m ok..not been a good week here either. My joints have flared up again which isn’t great. You’ve still got the weekend to reign it in…you want to beat me don’t you😂

I’m sure you’ll do it. I might have to give up on weight loss and stick to maintaining again this week. After three medical appointments this week, I gave up and ate all the food😂. I’m also away next week so it’ll be interesting to see how I fare at the end of March.
