Oh I wish I was brave enough to do that!! I am sooo out of shape & uncoordinated, we would all be laughing too hard to get anything done!! Can I just sit in and watch a session?

None can be more uncoordinated than me! Letty never makes me feel uncomfortable, I do what I can. Lots of times I walk in place when she does movements I can't master. No judgement ever. 💜

The classes are Mon- Fri. at 6am pacific time. ( She is in Texas) Are you on Instagram? That's where the invite is posted.I will text her and let her know . I do Mon and Thursday only.

I'm not even sure I can do zoom! I have it installed on my laptop and phone...but how do I find her meeting? Don't I have to be invited or something?....I'm soooo old school! Lol

It was nice to see u on my screen💻, Crystal😊 Like lettyg said, it's easy enough to sit in a chair, with or without light weights & do the upper body movements; one of the instructors here in Hawai'i did weekly sessions of Zumba Chair for a season, for those students who had injury/movement issues. The key is just to keep moving to the 🎵music beat🎶💃🤙🏽

So nice to 'meet' people on Zoom! Wish I could 'meet' more of you...it's a wonderful thing to actually see & hear folks🤗 Letty is soooo pretty, energetic and inspiring and so were my classmates, Acomandr & Mika💙💙 I will invest in some wireless earbuds and watch on a bigger screen next time...but WE DID IT!! YAY!!
